The Carpet Man is a family owned business that has cleaned carpet, rugs, upholstery and tile across Forney and Kaufman County for twenty seven years. There is no dispatcher and no rotating crew behind the name. Casey owns it and still does the work, which is the reason the reviews use his first name instead of a company. Tyler runs jobs alongside him, so it is always somebody whose name you can put to the work.
It is a mobile business. The van comes to the house, there is no storefront to visit, and routine work is booked mon-fri 8am-5pm. Water and flood calls are answered around the clock, because that is the one job that does not wait for office hours.

The actual job
Getting the water back out is the skill.
Getting a carpet wet is not the hard part. Any machine does that. The part that separates a good clean from a bad one is how much of that water comes back out on the same pass, because a carpet that is soaked instead of damp stays wet for days, works its way into the pad, and starts to smell before it ever finishes drying.
It is the same principle on tile and grout, which is porous and holds onto everything that has ever been mopped across it, and on upholstery and area rugs, which hide what has soaked into them until somebody presses down on the wrong spot. Lift the soil out of the material. Do not just push water through it.
