Everything arrives with the van.
There is no storefront to drop carpet or furniture off at. The machine, the solutions and the two people who might show up, Casey or Tyler, all arrive on the same visit, whether the address is five minutes from Forney or out toward Athens.
Routine cleaning across every town on the list books mon-fri 8am-5pm. Water and flood damage calls are answered 24 hours a day, because a soaked floor keeps moving into the pad and the baseboard for as long as it sits, no matter which town it is sitting in.
